1. Ordering Guideline
a) Orders can be placed through our website, by email, post or telephone. In order to avoid communication errors we recommend that orders be placed in writing via our website or email. We guarantee the accuracy of written orders, however, we accept no responsibility for errors as a result of verbal miscommunication
b) We pride ourselves on the speed of our service. Orders are process within 48 hours of being received. We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once the order has been processed, any changes will be treated as a new order.
c) Price commitment is made on the placement of the order. We endeavor to ensure accurate pricing on our website. We will do our best to notify our customers of discrepancies due to changes in prices.
d) If any item is not delivered and has been charged for, 'COMA ORGANICS' will be more than happy to cover the cost of freight in resending the missing goods as soon as possible. Please note: Items are not back-ordered and need to be re-ordered at the time they become available.
e) A provided discount voucher can't be used for already reduced or discounted products.

2. Payment Method
a) All orders must be paid for prior shipping.
b) We accept Visa Card, Mastercard, Paypal and Afterpay. 
c) Cheques and Money Orders are not accepted.
d) EFTPOS is available at our Magill Office Showroom sales.

3. Pricing & Taxes
a) All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Prices quoted in our website do include GST.
b) GST is applied to all orders unless required documentation is supplied for Australian orders.
c) International orders do not incur GST, however, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that 'COMA ORGANICS' cannot be responsible for. If you have any questions about taxes please contact your local customs office.
d) All Prices are quoted ex-works and do not include shipping and transportation costs. However, if you go to the checkout, these costs will be calculated automatically.

4. Cancellations
Orders canceled after 12 hours of the time of order placement will incur a 25% restocking fee. However, if your order has been dispatched already the full amount is payable.

5. Shipping
a) Freight calculation is based on weight and destination.
b) 'COMA ORGANICS' does not charge any handling or packing fees unless special legal or specification documents are requested.
c) All orders must be checked and lodged within 7 days of receipt and any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
d) International shipping may require legal documents for export purposes. Please check with your local shipping agent or customs agent. Good being held, stored, or penalties incurred in processing International orders will be passed on to the buyer/importer before the order is dispatched.
e) Our website offers you different shipping possibilities. Please not that all parcels are insured for loss and damage.

6. Returns and Replacements
a) Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Any discrepancies with your order will be logged in our system for quick reference so that we can better manage your account. No exchange or returns will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order. Exchange and returns are only possible for faulty products.
b) It may be necessary for clients to return Goods by Australia Post, in which case, reimbursement of return freight costs will be included in refund/credit (only if the error is on 'COMA ORGANICS' behalf). International returns can also be accepted for being faulty, damaged, or exchanged. Please ensure full tracking details (airway bill or tracking number) are provided in order to monitor the speed of the parcel being sent back.
c) If an error has been made by 'COMA ORGANICS' with regards to a written order, either invoicing or packing, we will gladly pay for return shipment. If the customer requires urgent re-dispatch, it will be necessary to pay for goods at the time the re-order is lodged, which will then be credited/refunded when we receive the returned Goods.
d) Errors made by customers when placing their order can't be returned.
e) Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name, contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Whether you require a credit or replacement, it is extremely important to provide as much detail as possible about what you are returning and why, so that the return can be processed accurately and promptly.

8. Affiliation Partnership
1. The affiliation program is a free partnership designed to generate income for affiliate.
2. The affiliation program is NOT designed to gain continues discount for the Affiliate for their personal orders. If Coma Organics has the impression that the affiliation program is only used for personal benefits of the Affiliate, Coma Organics has the right to cancel the partnership immediately.
3. It is not permitted for the Affiliate to use already discounted products (discount codes) for their own personal benefit in combination with the affiliation link (commission). Coma Organics allows either the Affiliation Commission or to use the discount code for one order. The breach of this policy may lead to the cancellation of the affiliation partnership.

9. Product Liability
The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions. This is beyond our control and we strongly recommend to store and treat products as recommended. 'COMA ORGANICS' cannot accept any liability in this regard.

10. Discount Codes

Discount Codes do not apply to already discounted products on the website.

11. Disclaimer
The information contained in the website is obtained from current and reliable sources. 'COMA ORGANICS' provides the information contained in good faith but makes no representation as to its comprehensiveness or accuracy. This website summaries are our best current knowledge of health information of each product. 11. Manufactured Products and Ingredient Disclaimer
As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always certain whether due to changes in nature or otherwise, 'COMA ORGANICS', reserves the right to substitute and/or alternate ingredients/raw materials in the manufacture of its product and bases in order to maintain supply to its customers. Customers should always refer to the ingredient label as affixed to each product. There also may be changes in packaging which are not immediately shown on our website.
